A little about me

For years, I looked successful on the outside but felt overwhelmed on the inside. I pushed through stress, self-doubt and exhaustion, often numbing with busyness and emotional eating.

I spent 15 years working in corporate, then in scale-up marketing roles, a world I still work in part-time today. I understand the mental load, the expectations and the pace that come with high-responsibility environments, because I've lived it. Now an ICF-Accredited Empowerment Coach & Tony Robbins Master University Graduate, I support high-achieving women who are navigating similar professional pressures.

Through deep self-development since 2018, therapy and world-class coaching training, I learned how to regulate my energy, shift long-standing patterns and build a life that feels calmer and more aligned. That journey led me to want to help women who feel the way I once did and write this guide as a reflection of the tools and shifts that made the biggest difference for me.
