• Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.

• Group sessions and workshops may have specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

Free discovery call

One free 60-minute discovery call is available per new client.

Paid 1:1 sessions

• Payments are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

• Missed sessions without sufficient notice are non-refundable.

Programs & packages

12-week programs:

You are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the program start date if you feel it’s not the right fit or you are not seeing progress.

After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.

4–8 week programs, group programs, workshops:

Refunds are not provided once the program has commenced.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of Sophie Lorre.

Participation in group sessions or workshops requires respectful behaviour.

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

All coaching conversations are treated as confidential.
Information is not shared without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

I may share de-identified insights, learnings or shifts from coaching sessions for educational or marketing purposes (for example, in social media content or on this website).
Your name and any identifying details will never be shared without your explicit permission.

Sessions may be recorded only at your request.

Recordings are shared privately between you and the coach and are not shared with third parties.

Any testimonials or client stories shared on this website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

Your results will vary based on your circumstances, commitment and actions.

By providing a testimonial, you agree that it may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including on this website, social media, emails, or other marketing materials.

Your name will only be used with your permission. You may request the removal of a testimonial at any time by contacting hello@sophielorre.com.
